Mac Version on tha go.

I had 5 mins to fiddle on the MAC at work so I thought I'd throw a quick test.

Still got a little bit of cleanup to do for icon and getting rid of the terminal shit but it seems to play fine.

So now the official tagline is "there's also a windows version for wusses and a mac one for posers"

This also means I could easily throw an ubuntu version. I know J. you were interested in that. wheren't you ?

Re: !!!

it's only intel mac tho. I couldn't be fragged trying to deal with endianess for PPC.

you can try it from there:

http://www.10pm.org/nostromo/lgpt/ghetto/LittleGPTracker_mac.zip

Unzip the app and put it at the same level as all the lgpt-xxx. Keys are the same as the windows one. Should be configurable through the config.xml too. Haven't really tried hard to find if it was ok but my 10k song sounded fine.

Re: !!!

Should this go in the folder? I cannot seem to launch it on my 1049 intel mac at work.

Re: !!!

most probably because you need SDL and it's not linked with the app.

Try installing from

http://www.libsdl.org/release/SDL-1.2.11.dmg

and tell me what happens

I still need to do a proper install zip for OSX. If you feel a little daring, there are a couple of instruction earlier in the thread:

http://community.livejournal.com/littlegptracker/29826.html?thread=117634#t117634

you need to unzip the file, install SDL (the link to it is in the same thread a little further) and it should get you started.

Re: macosxver

The windows key map has RT at left ctrl and LT at right control, the equivalent being command? on a mac, either way, i've tried alt, ctrl and command and everything else and i still can't manage to fiddle through the chains.
